Krys Sadkowsky
Mr Sadkowsky has had many years of experience in the health field with the Australian government.
He was employed as an epidemiologist with particular skills in linking administrative health
records (for example, medical, pharmaceutical and hospital data linked to determine personal
consumption of services and their associated costs) to enable a more comprehensive picture to be derived.
More recently he was involved with pharmacoepidemiology examining polypharmacy in Obstructive Lung Diseases and
Musculoskeletal conditions.
His recent significant achievements include the development of:
- microsimulation models of health demand;
- linked data sets to identify the supply and consumption of health services;
- models examining continuous high cost consumers of health care services;
- models to examine the supply and consumption of health services, by geographic area;
- research into cancer in Vietnam Veterans;
- research into cancer survival; and
- report on mortality patterns in Australia during the 20th century.
Krys's qualifications cover a range of fields including mathematics,
statistics, computing, health economics and population health.
Nigel Hall
Nigel is a Bachelor of Arts graduate of Leeds Metropolitan University,
England and Betriebswirt (Business Economics) graduate of Fachhochschule
Bremen, Germany and received his MBA in International Business from
Clemson University, South Carolina, USA.
